About Us

Before setting up Windsor Court in 2001, the first home of Oxbridge Care, both the directors Yaqub Mughal and Parveen Mughal worked for the NHS for a combined period of 38 years. During this time, they became aware of the high standards required in the health service sector, and aimed to set up a care home that not only surpassed these requirements, but also provided a friendly and homely atmosphere, with the key focus being the happiness, independence, and safety of their service users.

As children both were brought up in cultures where the elderly were treated with the utmost respect; they wanted to combine these traditional values with modern and innovative care practices.

At Oxbridge Care Ltd our aim is to provide the highest possible standard of care to all our residents, by providing an environment that they feel is their home.
